It's on my 2015 roadmap! It should happen before April 2015. If plans change I'll notify it but so far it's set in stone for Q1

Seeing as "backend preparations" have already started according to the patch notes, I doubt it'll take long to appear here. The code base of this version and the Korean version were unified a couple of years ago so essentially all PWYNKI need to do is translations.
