Hello BoboLin!

Please know that this kind of event is for new players in order to enjoy the game and start with some help.
We will make more events for our veteran players, don't worry!
Bear in mind that all the players can participate, unfortunately, some players only create dummy accounts, to take advantage of the game.

I think only one character per account can receive the rewards. If you create 2 or more new character in the same account ,only one character will receive the reward.

As we mentioned in this post "*The items [Untradeable] Rascal Rabbit's Gold Word (3 Days) and [Untradeable] Rascal Rabbit's Lucky Pocket (3 days) can only be used from levels 1 to 80."
