Hmmm why not make savages steal special buffs rather than normal ones? That way the skill is an utility skill rather than steal all the buffs you can and pop to PA glorious.
This will give savages a pvp advantage rather than damage wise :l

well good point, lets hope they will do that, we dont know how they apply them, maybe some test to do before they finally decide, I will look their statement soon when they done the test.
