Did you not read what he was saying? Previous folks who sent tickets about this problem only got the response that there was no proof and the pet died because they starved it. Who takes screenshots of their pet slots on HK before popping it? Nobody.

I'm saying that because i read in another thread that someone had that same problem and every time he sent a ticket GMs just said there was no proof of it other than the dead pet and HK running with all the food in bags. Either stupid or don't care. For me i make sure i have my pet menu/window on all the time just to make sure this doesn't happen only when HK afk is going on ofc. Before going afk make sure to have the pet food slot with food on the hk. I not so long ago found a glitch on the hk where all the sprites just went of their respectful order or assigned slot. Am still looking a way to reproduce said glitch and see if i can send a ticket of this problem.

I've seen HK failing to feed your pet even tough you equip food in the pet feeding slot. While I caught it before my pet died i DID see it fail to feed my pet. To fix it I had to REMOVE the pet food from my HK, set it back in again, make sure the box is checked and don't leave my computer until I see it feed my pet (can be up to an hour wait). Sux but this game has bugs that the staff ignore or try to pass off as player error.
