Atzigan has already responded to this issue.

When it happens, create a zip file of the the entire GameGuard directory and submit a ticket with that zit file attached.

Without the logs and other info in that directory, they can't troubleshoot your problem.
There is nothing noble about being superior to others. True nobility is gained by becoming superior to one's former self.

I have the same issue and I have to delete the gameguard file in my Rohan file every time I log in. I do this before logging in now because I know if I don't it allows me to log to my character and opens then the error message pops up! What a waste of time...Fix this!!

Here is a temporary fix that usually helps me.

Game guard runs in iexplorer.exe... or atleast masks itself in an iexplorer.exe instance.

On the first instance of iexplorer.exe not the *32 ones right click on it and go to "end process tree"

That will close out all the *32's which are hung instances of game guard. After that it should let you log in easier. When instances of game guard hang up. They will cause program collisions. When those happen GG will throw a temper tantrum and close everything.

While this is only a temporary fix and doesnt fix it 100% of the time. It has worked for me lately.
