why is it taking almost 2 months for this but only took 3-4 days for shadow ace??????????????????? and still need more time????

ive provided ALL the evidence needed for a very fast and EASY conclusion that im owed 615 mill + compensation for 2 months of PWI gm's dropping the ball on this ticket.

figured since sineida finally didnt reply to ticket that this would get taken care of.. but nope stilll same auto messaged.
