got an error in this event such as: police HTBS and dragon eye items untradeble.
as far as i know the dragon eye items that i got from marble treadable.
so i hope you fix or resolve this error

The Tears of Joshima can be obtained as normal drop from monsters inside the dungeon and the same goes for the Wolf Hunter's Set . Both can be obtained directly from monsters drop.
Just take into account that they can be obtained inside Underground Waterway.

If you havent's noticed this is the same box obtained as in the Monster Survival rewards , wich contains the valuable Red/Blue/Green dragon's eyes along with other items. We hope you can get many of them.

Its Untradeable since the beginning.. like in marbles.. they are untradeable.. maybe you are wrongly the eyes with red dragon or blue dragon from black dragon raid..

But I still haven't found NPC Bale’s Power Up Potion Seller. I only found Jhoshima (between Bankteller and [NPC]Rascal Rabbit Fan), and I still don't know how to obtain the voucher for 100 bale potions from talking with Jhoshima
