Hello iTazz, you can try this options:
1) Download "All in One Runtimes".
2) Or go to Control panel -> Programs-> uninstall a program -> and repair all Microsoft Visual C++

after installed All in One Runtimes ....and compatibility run all possible available... none working, fail again and again.
If no solution i will uninstall the game.. too bad... wanted to come back in this game give it a new try...
