Greetings,
We would like to inform you that this error is basically the incompatibility of your firewall
in our server connection. Below are the following procedure that may help you resolve your
issues.
1. Restart your PC or client.
2. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
3. Make sure your internet settings are properly configured to play ROHAN.
4. Modify your firewall to allow the game. ROHAN uses ports 25000-30000.
5. Disable your anti-virus before you run the client.
6. Try re patching the client by clicking the "check" box at the start-up window.
7. Disable any program which may cause a conflict with the game client.
8. Attempt to load the game under a different windows compatibility setting. (Right-click icon, Properties, Compatibility Tab)
9. Attempt to re download the client from another computer.
10. Uninstall, remove all ROHAN files, and reinstall the client.
