I didn't level up higher than conqueror level +10 yet, so I'm wondering at what % you level up to +11? Is it at 50% or 100%?

Yea If you dont get into a decent pt regularly and or have 400% solo seal, it will take a lonng time.
Use the guild Rc and ask in guild if there's any open pt slots.
