    Hi there, Just like what GM Summers in the last reply mentioned. send a ticket to them don't be shy. But that's the old site I think. So what you do is press the button on top named Support and viola you can send them a ticket

    You press the support button found on the top of this page. right in the middle of ADD RPS and FORUM.
    use that page to send them a ticket.
