right click that shortcut and edit it
in the target box it should say "<path to rohanclient.exe>" press space at the end and add http://login.playrohan.com&1&US
the target box should now look like this:
"<>path to rohanclient.exe>" http://login.playrohan.com&1&US

What is the path to your rohan folder?
And dont accept help from strangers with teamviewer thats a fast track to getting your **** stolen.
