cannot send pm on the em

I dunno if I am the only one with this problem
but I cannot answer pm on EM because there is no info from whom I got the message
the problem has been since the portal started

GM pls repair it or tell me what to do

I got the same prob, got a pm 2day and it doesn't show who the sender is so I can't respond to it. Btw I'm using FF, haven't checked if it shows up on any of the other browsers yet.

I use chrome and checked ie, as well
in both browsers no info about the sender
