Login Issue with My Character Stuck in Ezker Island

I am reaching out to request assistance with an issue I am currently experiencing when attempting to log in to my character in Rohan Eternal Vengeance. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access my character, I got this error message "459039 (null) underfine bin data try to be loaded". I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I would be grateful if you could look into this issue at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.
