Regarding the issue you mention:
* These kind of errors often occurs when the game client tries to access a part of memory that it doesn’t have permission to, to tackle this issue please follow up this basic troubleshooting:
Step 1. Check Game Files
Corrupted files can cause crashes. To fix this, run a file integrity check through the game launcher if available, or reinstall the game to ensure all files are correct.
* If Step 1 didn't solve the problem go to Step 2.
Step 2. Send to a GM this template
If the issue continues, please help us investigate by providing the following information in your report:
IGN (In-Game Name):
Server (Main or Season):
Activity at the Time of Crash (e.g., entering a dungeon, PvP, idle in town, farming i a specific map, or just random):
System Information (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM):
