    Here's all the info you need to know in order to take your first steps at Season Server (TOP Questions):

    I) Game Download & Installation

    1) GM, will we need to download a new full client for the Season Server, or can we use the same client as the main (Ohn) Server?
    GM 🧑: You will need to download a new client specifically for the Season Server.

    2) GM, I'm having trouble installing the game. What should I do?
    GM 🧑: Please make the following validations first:

    → Ensure your system meets the game's minimum requirements.
    → (Recommended) Disable any antivirus or firewall during the installation.
    → Verify that you’ve downloaded the correct client version (File: ROHANEternalVengeance_SS.exe, Size: 3.0GB).


    ㄴ VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found Error
    GM 🧑: Please try to download and install the x86 and x64 versions of the multi-installer Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables. Restart your PC after the installation.

    II) Registration Process

    3) GM, how do I register for the Season Server?
    GM 🧑: You can register using this link👉 https://portal.playrohan.com/Member/.../Register.html.

    4) GM, I encountered the error "Your Account is not registered". What should I do?

    GM 🧑: This error occurs in most cases when your account hasn't been verified (it also occurs when you type incorrectly the account). Please verify your account by using the following link:

    III) Account-Related

    5) GM, I got the message "Invalid Account," what can I do?

    GM 🧑: This message usually appears when an account has been banned for some reason. Please submit a ticket through our support platform, and we will assist you further.

    6) GM, can I create several accounts for the Season Server?
    GM 🧑: While multi-accounting is allowed on the server, we monitor account creation closely. If a very high number of accounts is created (regardless of IP), those accounts may be permanently banned. Please be cautious with the number of accounts you create, as activity is monitored at all times.

    7) Can I play on the Main Server and Season Server at the same time on the same PC?
    GM 🧑: Yes, you can play both servers at the same time on the same PC, but you’ll need to use different account IDs for each server.

    8) GM, Can I use the same account from the main server on the Season Server?
    GM 🧑: Yes! You can use the same account, but you will have to create a new character for the Season Server. Your main server characters won’t transfer over.

    9) GM, Can I use the same account on both the Main Server and Season Server at the same time?
    GM 🧑: No, you can only log in to one server at a time. Make sure to plan accordingly if you want to play on both servers.

    IV) Pre-Registration

    10) If I pre-registered in September, is it still valid for pre-registration and purchase rewards?
    GM 🧑: Yes, pre-registration is only required once per account. If you already pre-registered in September, your registration is still valid.

    11) GM, where will I receive my rewards for pre-register?
    GM 🧑: All pre-purchase rewards will be sent directly to your Event Inventory in the Season Server on Oct 29th (after maintenance).
    Please note that these rewards are only available on the Season Server and cannot be transferred or traded to any other character or account.

    V) About Server Mechanics

    12) GM, how long will the Season Server last?
    GM 🧑: Each season will last around 8 weeks. After that, the server will be reset, and a new season will begin (e.g., Season 2, Season 3, etc.).
    This process gives players a fresh start with each new season, offering updated content and new challenges.


    13) GM, there will be regular maintenance events in the Season Server?
    GM 🧑: No, in this case, regular maintenances are not scheduled for the Season Server. New content will only be added after the season ends. However, if any critical bugs are found,
    an Emergency Maintenance (EMA) may be conducted to address the issue immediately.


    14) What kind of leveling mechanics will be available?
    GM 🧑: The Season Server will include our recent creation: Guide System 🧭 to help you level up efficiently. It’s designed to help you
    reach level 115 quickly and offer very special rewards as you progress through your journey!

    15) What will be the maximum level on the Season Server?
    GM 🧑: You can reach up to ULVL (Transcended) 400. Additionally, the experience bar has been significantly reduced, making it much easier to level up compared to the Main Server.
    This will allow players to reach higher levels faster on the Season Server.


    16) If I buy items from the Item Mall that aren't listed under the Season Server Menu, will I still receive them?
    GM 🧑: Only the items listed under the "Season Server Only" Menu are meant to be used in the Season Server.
    If you accidentally purchased another item, please send a support ticket, and we will assist you in reverting the process.

    VI) Antivirus Related

    17) GM, my Antivirus (Windows Defender) detected this file: Script/Wacatac.B!ml, what can I do?



    GM 🧑: This issue has been around for quite some time and is not related to any virus. The GameGuard system sends a "heartbeat" ping, which sometimes causes certain antivirus (specially Windows Defender)
    programs to flag rohanclient.exe as a false positive. If this occurs, simply restore the file from your antivirus quarantine and add it to your exceptions list.


    18) GM, my Antivirus (Windows Defender) detected this file: Behavior:Win32/DefenseEvasion.A!ml, what can I do?



    GM 🧑: Similar as the previous one follow these steps to solve the problem:
