Pre-Register Rewards FAQ 💬

1) If I pre-registered in September, is it still valid for pre-registration and purchase rewards?
GM 🧑: Yes, pre-registration is only required once per account. If you already pre-registered in September, your registration is still valid.

2) GM, where will I receive my rewards for pre-register?
GM 🧑: All pre-purchase rewards will be sent directly to your Event Inventory in the Season Server on October 29th PDT Time after maintenance. Please note that these rewards are only available on the Season Server and cannot be transferred or traded to any other character or account.

3) GM, in what character i will receive the rewards?
GM 🧑: In your main character (highest EXP and/or Playtime).

IMPORTANT: ⚠️ If you don't have created any character in your account you will not receive the Pre-Registration Rewards⚠️

2) If you did not pre-register before October 14th 23:59 PDT, the registration will be considered invalid since it was outside the mentioned period, and you will not receive the rewards.
