[Announcement] About Maintenance Date Change, Power Arena Season End and more!

📢 Important Announcements 📢

1. Maintenance Date Change
As a one-time exception, the scheduled maintenance on October 8th (PDT Time) has been moved to October 15th (PDT Time). This adjustment is made to accommodate the official release of the Season Server.
* Ruler Weapons will last a week longer than normal.
* All the remaining events will be extended to Oct 15th.



2. [Power Arena] Season 13 - Season's End
The current Power Arena season will conclude on October 15th (PDT Time)! Remember that you will be rewarded according to your merits on the battlefield, so please take advantage of all your remaining PA Rounds as possible to achieve the medal you want!

3. Playtime Event Mechanics Update
Remember that now all playtime event rewards will be delivered directly to the Event Inventory.

[Caution]
⚠️ Please be aware that playtime rewards now will be tied to your [Character Name] .
⚠️ Due to this change, only the character with highest playtime per account will be able to receive the rewards and can no longer be shared between characters.
⚠️ If you change your character’s name, rewards may not be transferred to the new name in the Event Inventory. If you encounter any issues related to this, please submit a support ticket so we can assist you properly -> http://support.playwithi.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
🔸 Additionally, only characters above level 90 can participate in playtime events.

4. Bug Reports and Performance Mode Survey
Please remember to report any bugs found on the Main Server (Ohn) this week or by next week at the latest. Submitting your reports early ensures that fixes can be considered for the Season Server release!
