Treasure Box cannot be delete or sell after been open

My Knight Char kill the Titan boss bale from Crude Dungeon. It drop a treasure box. I open it and nothing happen to my cash. Unfortunatley it remain in item slot for dekade week.
It writen open treasure box. Cannot sold or delete.

My Jester Char get mail from game master. It was a gift for leveling up. Some present box at level 50. I was open it and another box that cannot delete or sold.
