    SEA/ASIA player got lag & 5101 DC issue during playtime event (SOLVED ✅)

    Me and My friends from ASIA-SEA zone are usually have Delay-5101 issue and " We are living in different country so ***Different ISP*** "

    So, here are my solutions that I'd like to suggest REV team
    1.Remove playtime event.
    2.Decrease accumulate time for each reward to be really low.
    3.Change to "Login event" and adjust it to be like Daily reward so no need to login or just remind player to login via Official Discord when the new day starts.

    This is the real big problem for online video game. Connection, so many game loss so many of player and dead because the server cannot provide good enough connection to the game.

    I am willing to play 1 party.
    My party and my seller are fine until this "playtime event" starts and now all of my clients start to delay-5101.
    And the game has no good selling feature, Player must online the game to sell via Kiosk and I know we have another one feature to sell item while we are offline, but no one use it anymore on the server.

    * Note: Running the WinMTR test on the survey is important because it will give us detailed information about your connection route to our servers. What we want to determine is whether the ISP has a bad route, or their peering point is unhealthy. The data you provide will help us identify if there are any problematic points along the connection path that might be causing delays or disconnections.

    Once you completed the survey let know any GM available, so your case can be reported to the Devs.

    I wanted to share an update about the current situation:

    * Since yesterday, I and several other players in the SEA/ASEAN region have been experiencing lag and disconnect issues again. Despite trying to use DNS resolver and VPN, the problems persist. While we have received confirmations that the connection was becoming stable, these issues have resurfaced. I hope the team can look into this and find a solution soon.

    * Although we are receiving many reports, the survey or Template that we are requesting has only a few entries, which prevents us from carrying out the corresponding investigations.
    * If for some reason you cannot complete the survey, send the following Template to any GM:

    1) IGN (Name) of your main character:
    2) Type of DC you're getting (5101/100/both):
    3) Your IPv4 Adress according this webpage:
    4) Country:
    5) ISP Provider (Indihome/Telkomsel/Other):


    Note: Some Indonesian players confirm that using VPN of Singapore they can connect normally to the game servers, however when their Indonesian Network the 5101 DC persists.
