1. [Power Arena] Season 12 - Season's End
The current Power Arena season will conclude soon! Remember that you will be rewarded according to your merits on the battlefield, so please take advantage of all your remaining PA Rounds as possible to achieve the medal you want!

2. Chat Timestamp Feature 💬
We are glad to announce that, in response to your valuable feedback, we are adding timestamps to our in-game chat feature in our next maintenance event! This feature will allow:

➤ Improve the overall communication experience by providing more clarity & context to conversations.
➤ Help you see who communicated with you when you go AFK so you can catch up easily.
➤ Allow you to understand more quickly the game events for example if you get killed or DC.



3. R.O.H.A.N. Technical Support Channel Revamp 🛠️
Recently, we've received reports of client freezes, disconnections, and other related issues. However, identifying the root cause is sometimes challenging due to the lack of necessary information in the reports. Many factors can influence these technical issues, including network conditions, client-related issues, PC specifications, n° of clients used, conflicts with other programs (antivirus or other security software) and more. To address this, we will create a dedicated channel to highlight the most recurrent technical problems and provide a guide on how to report issues effectively and for rare technical issues, a template/guide to ensure that our Dev Team have the necessary information to tackle them effectively.
