The monster did not attack and just remained silent (SOLVED ✅)

I'm experiencing a bug where the monsters don't attack and just sit there. This happened about 30 minutes to 1 hour ago, between 12am and 1.4am PDT.

Details:

* Silent monster: Ring of Flames
* Location: (Blazing Temple)
* Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour
* Timings: 12 am to 1.4 PDT

The steps I have taken :

I have tried logging out and logging back in, but the bug still occurs.
I have tried changing locations, but the bug still occurs.

Request:

I ask that this bug be fixed immediately.

Regarding the mentioned issue (monsters freeze):

This is a problem that usually occurs very rarely and happens when the AI of the Monsters stops working. In these type of cases the best thing to do is contact a GM via Discord/Facebook in order to fix this asap. (We've just confirmed that now is working normally according to the video attached).
