windows 11 crash ?

Hii GM, i have pc with spec 16gb ram, i5 9400f, rtx 2060,
why seal online always force close while im in Elim server 1? and sometimes, force close randomly, wherever am i.

can the team fix it? because the direct x for old windows, ?
