How do I lock down skills bar?

Greetings!
Kind of a silly question, but I just can't find it out.. if anyone can explain, please.
Everytime I disconnect and come back the bar is empty and I have to remake it all over :/

My first character has all the skills in her bar, it seems it's locked.
But the others just don't. It's really annoying having to put everything back every time I play.
Please, can a player help? Or a GM...

Regarding your question about the skill bar:



* The Skill Bar has the auto-save function as long as you log out correctly. If you have persistent disconnections, we recommend doing a basic test of your connection to the R.O.H.A.N. servers:
