I will share with you a mini-guide on how to correctly send tickets through our Support Platform. Make sure to share it with your friend!
HOW TO SEND A TICKET PROPERLY (2 STEPS).
* Using this method you not only will be notified to your email, but you can reply to the GM if necessary:
1. Go to this link: http://support.playwithi.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit and Click on "R.O.H.A.N. Eternal Vengeance and then Submit" Button
2. Now Login (enter your email and the new password) and click on "Submit a Ticket":
* Make sure to enter your email correctly because you will receive the notification there,
* Once you generate the ticket you will obtain your ticket number (to speed up the process you can pass the number to a GM to check the status)
HOW TO REPLY YOUR TICKETS FROM A GM RESPONSE.
[Check your Email Inbox] -> Reply the response as a normal email
NOTE: You can reply to the GM as many times as you're required.
