Inter Elemental dungeon Bug (SOLVED ✅)

Hello Rohan Enjoyers,

For the past 3 days I haven't been able to get into a game of Inter Elemental Dungeon. If I try to step in alone I dont get sent in and I dont even have a conversation with the NPC or him teleporting me and no message. If I join a Party I get the red cross and it says I do not have to requirements to enter. I have no record to reset so the scrolls don't work. It keeps declining me from entering the dungeon. I lost about 150b in EXP and IP tickets from this bug which sucks. I hope anyone has the answer to what I could do to fix this.

I have tried re-installing, relogging and I tried it after maintenance but nothing seems to work.
