Not Connected to Messenger Server ERROR!

Facing that error out of nowhere, unable to access friend list and party list, not able to whisper, normal chat seems to work fine though.
I hope this problem fixed as fast as possible.

Please give me back my "Old Knight's Authentication Ticket", because i'm disconnected in the middle of Ein Dungeon using my ticket pass

Hello GM, please fix this problem. I keep getting disconnected when i am trying to grab the item in Ein Dungeon. I think when i try to get the item fastly, it will error. *Actualy its not disconnected, but forced close the app.
After relog to the game, i got the same error "Not Connected to Messenger Server ERROR". This Error has been repeated with the same pattern

Please fix this problem.
And how can i support you ?? how is the way to send u a ticket?? What ticket?
