Kindly help me to retrieve back my id because i did nothing wrong and still interested to play the game.

I was transfering items and equipments to my secondary ID because im about to build a new Apostle to assist my Primary ID, you can check the log

i was transfering some items from Akra to Ochaka and you may check on the IP address, both were using the same IP because i was using only 1 device and about to using 2 devices once i finished build my Apostle.
