Created new ID with a new character, 0 rewards so far, this event is fully broken. lvl 80

After June 28th, there is no reward at all.

Hi GM. I already made a new character to join this event. But unfortunately I didn't get any reward for making any progress. How come?

In the event page, it says the Level Jump Event duration is 06.02.2022-07.19.2022
I've leveled up my character to level 150.
But I didn't get any reward from mail.

1. it has to be a FRESH / NEWLY MADE character.
2. Only ONE character per ID that can obtain the rewards.

So if you already made a new character on 1 id, and you make another one, then that 2nd character won't received the reward.

Well I guess the event only lasted for a month. The date on the poster is probably a mistake. OR they fked up and ended the event early.
