1. Introduction:

➥ What is a Special Service?

In R.O.H.A.N.: Special Services offer unique functionalities for modifying your character! Some can be processed
through website and others via Ticket Platform!

➥ Character Seal

In order to use the R.O.H.A.N.'s Special services: (1), (2) and (3), your character must be sealed and only can be processed via website.
For (4) you don't need to seal your character and is only processed through Ticket Platform.

How to seal my character?

1) Log in to the desired character you would like to seal.
2) Move all crones from your character into your storage(bank).
3) Unequip your main weapon and offhand.
4) Make sure you have extra inventory space if you are race-changing / gender-swapping.
5) Go to the Character Selection Screen.
6) Select the character you wish to seal and select the seal button at the bottom right of your screen.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT DELETE ANY ITEM FROM YOUR INVENTORY⚠️

* Note: A sealed character cannot enter in-game, and the game can only be played when the character is unsealed through the website.

2. Character Services:

Important Notes

• Changing the character's gender is changed to the default character of the gender you want to change for that race.
• The worn item does not change, only the gender.
• There is no gender change service for Trinity races.

Important Notes

• This additional service can only be used by characters of level 70 or higher.
• In the case of Dhan and Dekan in Assassination mode, it is not possible to change the race.
• All quests in progress, completed quests, and skills in which skill points have been invested will be reset. (Including skill enhancement stones/ ancient skill enhancement stones)
• Stat points are reset, and skill points are preserved according to level up.
• The level before the character change is maintained.
• The job that the character had is reset.
• Changes cannot be made again for 15 days from the time the character's race change is completed.
• Please select carefully the race you will change since this process cannot be reverted once done.
• When changing a character's race, it is changed to the basic character of the race and gender to be changed.
• The worn item does not change, only the race.


* If you change your race to Trinity, please complete your 2nd Job
with NPC Ruamia at Arbelorn (only certificate can be used).

Important Notes

• The character must be transcended.
• Player cannot choose the same stat.
• Player cannot swap two stats with the same values.

• This service can be used by any player.
• In order to use it, you may get a <Change Character Name - Service Ticket> through the Item Mall.
• Once you get the service ticket, you may send a ticket to our platform http://support.playwithi.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit using this template:

⚠ Important Notes ⚠

• This will not delete your Friendlist or Vengelist.
• The blocklist is also updated, if you have been blocked by someone, they will be able to see your new nickname in the blocklist.
• Once this request is processed the ticket will be removed and it won't be possible to request a refund.
• Log into the game and show off your new character's name!
