    1. Introduction:

    > What is RMT? (Real Money Trading)

    If you pay with real money, for example: Dollars, Rupiah, etc. for any item or an account. RMT is the #1 method scammers use to steal money from players. They promise to sell you awesome items for cash but run off once they receive your money or sell you illegal/stolen items what will be confiscated! These scammers make sure they never talk about RMT in the game and request that you contact them via FB message or Discord where GMs won't be able to protect you.

    We inform you that ⚠️ RMT is strictly forbidden ⚠️ and in case any part gets scammed (buyer or seller) we will not be able to assist you. All accounts involved will be banned (depending on the investigation and evidence found) and the items confiscated in all cases. We recommend avoiding RMT in all scenarios, as your money will be lost, the same that sold items, will send a ticket saying that you stole your items, and will make your account banned and lose the item.

    2. Tips to avoid getting scammed!:
    Discuss trades only in-game: . Out-of-game chat logs and screenshots can be faked and are not helpful for investigations.
    Scammers can sell you a stolen/illegal item(s):. Without an in-game log as proof, the item will be taken away from you and confiscated.
    Prevention is the best solution: . Do not Real Money Trade! It's against our Terms of Service.




    > OH NO, I got Scammed ... What next?
    • Send a ticket to the GM team with all the proof - screenshots, chat logs, etc. (Please be aware, that we will not restore crones/characters/items)
    • The GM team will not be able to return your money or item, but every report helps us build a case against the scammer.
    • Contact the money transfer company you used, for example: Paypal, Western Union, Venmo, etc. to file a report.
    Please note that prevention is the best solution. Do not Real Money Trade!

    • We've received reports of scammers creating characters with names that closely resemble real players' characters, attempting to impersonate them during trades. Please be extra cautious when trading valuable items between your characters or with others. Always double-check the character name you're trading with to ensure it's your own or someone you trust.


    *The GM team takes no responsibility for losses resulting from trading errors. We will not provide support or compensation for any items lost due to these types of incidents. It is entirely the player's responsibility to verify all trades, including Kiosk prices and character names during transactions. Please be vigilant and trade with care!

    > Help Us to prevent Scams!

    • If you see a character selling valuable items at very low prices by a kiosk or someone whispers to you offering items for real money, alert the GMs to take immediate action!

    > Only trade using Crones and Items!

    • When you use Crones and items for trades, you’re fully protected under our game policies. This means you receive complete GM support if you encounter any issues. This is the safest experience and gain peace of mind knowing you’re backed by the GMteam.

    Remember that the only way to assist your case is you submit a ticket on our support site, and we will reply to you in maximum 24 hours.
