Is Goblet of Ohn not an option in the Instant Point Mall?

I noticed that one of the option stone blueprints is missing from the Instant Point Mall (NPC Talgath). Im just not sure if that was done intentionally or if Goblet of Ohns blueprint was overlooked by accident. o: I see no reason why it would be left out intentionally, so i figured id mention and hope the devs add it :3 thanks for reading this
