    Billing Error and cannot use my RPS

    Cannot use my 2500 eps neither in the game or the website.

    server name: DURAN
    GAME:SEAL OL

    Already sent the ticket , Please help me to solve it.

    If it is too difficult, could you help me to buy 1 character expansion and 8 finishing exp(8 hours) ?
