Dear gm and all player

I've been hacked by third party website cause someone breach into my account and change my pass and suddenly i cant log in, and i report it by sent ticket and got my id back. Unfortunately All my item and cegel was gone by hacked and i report it again then the gm ban my account and investigate the problem for 3 weeks they are ask me about anything and i try to reply it with honest answer and real answer and after wait for long time they had to tell me that my item was untraceable. Are you kidding me? Even 3 GM cant do nothing about this hacking problem

To be honest whats the point i report, sent ticket, reply them, etc and all their answer is like robot or program. Are they is helping or they just tired with their job?
