Vengeance package should be back and made permanent

The vengeance package is an absolute need for new players :

1. it provides everything to reach level 90 and meet the general population

2. making it permanent should be done so it does not introduce a barrier between the current players and the new players. New players don't have the ferkhans, they can't even farm or level because they got no damage at all, etc. It is mandatory to make it permanent.

3. Cassandra's quest and levelling : we all know current game it is pointless from 0 to 90. Don't make it painful for new players or they gonna leave before they can enjoy rohan

new players = more population = more pvp/farm = more income for rohan.

I don't understand why you did NOT make this event permanent, it SHOULD be permanent along with with cassandra's quest and gifts.

Please bring back the vengeance package permanently, thanks you.

Totally agree. That's the main reason why my friends don't want to play this anymore because they said it's so unfair for them since they are just new in this game and they couldn't catch my level easily plus the pain of not having weapons too.
