These policies outline punishable offenses, penalties, and rules enforced to maintain fairness and integrity within the game.
Please read them thoroughly. Ignorance of this policies is not an excuse.

1️⃣ Ban Duration ⚠

➢ All bans are issued at the discretion of the Game Masters (GMs).
➢ Punishments vary based on the severity and frequency of offenses.
➢ In extreme cases, immediate permanent bans may be applied.

2️⃣ Punishable Offenses ⚠

General Offenses

➢ Spam Trading – Excessive and disruptive trade requests.
➢ Selling Overpriced Items – Hiding expensive items among similar items in kiosks.
➢ Blocking NPCs – Preventing access to NPCs for others.
➢ Hacking/Cheating – Using unauthorized software or exploits.
➢ Benefiting from Hacking – Partying with hackers, picking up hacked items, or assisting hackers.
➢ Providing False Information – Submitting false reports for personal benefit.
➢ Insulting Playwith Staff – Disrespecting GMs.
➢ Interrupting GM Events – Disrupting official in-game events.
➢ Advertising Private Servers – Promoting unofficial servers is strictly forbidden.

3rd party programs

➢ Using any external software to gain an unfair advantage results in a permanent ban.
➢ Altering game files can result in getting banned if used to exploit, benefit or abuse in-game features, systems, mechanics, npcs, etc.
➢ All accounts involved will be permanently blocked too.

Impersonation & Scamming

➢ Pretending to be another user, NPC, or GM is a bannable offense.
➢ Recovery of lost items due to scams is not always guaranteed.
➢ Players should always double-check trades and kiosks to avoid scams.
When you trade with another of your characters, please double check that it's your character and don't do it with other players around.

Abusing Mechanics/Bugs/Glitches/Exploits

➢ The use or abuse of glitches, game errors, game mechanics, and exploits will result in a ban corresponding to the severity of the case.
➢ Spot Claiming is prohibited, all the maps are free for all the players. Bear in mind that is a PVP server but selling spots will not be tolerated and demanding fees to be allowed to farm is strictly prohibited.
➢ Intentional Red Status Induction: Making a player red(murderer) intentionally when they are using a hunter kit will be penalized and all accounts involved.

Venge Planting & Abuse Policies
➢ Spamming Venge Plant with Alt/Dummy Characters: Using alts or dummy accounts to die on purpose just to plant venge on other characters is prohibited. Abusing this rule will be penalized.
➢ Intentional Venge Planting with Main Characters: Deliberately unequipping gear, purposefully changing to a weaker gear or just dying in purpose (no intentions of attacking) to allow get killed easily for planting venge is forbidden and will result in penalties too.

Note
Venge Abuse Frequency from Alt Characters: It is considered venge abuse if an alt/dummy character is used to venge more than once every 30 minutes. This applies if the character makes the be venge to a single objective or several objectives.

Penalty Details
➢ Progressive penalties: Warnings → Imprisonment → Temporary Ban → Permanent Ban.
➢ Low-Level Dummy Accounts used for venging abuse will be immediately banned.
➢ Definition of Dummy Accounts: Low-level, unequipped, or partially equipped characters created solely to exploit the venge system.

Account Theft

➢ Account theft cases must be reported as soon as possible with all information that the user may regard as helpful for his case.
➢ The longer the players take to report the case the less likely that we will be able to help him recover his items on this case.
➢ Warning: Accounts that have been shared will not get support on this case and if deemed necessary we will ban the account.
Shared Accounts are not supported – Players are responsible for their own accounts.

Inappropriate Names

➢ Names that are vulgar, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racist, derogatory or offensive; any usernames which are sexual in nature. (All languages will be considered)
➢ Offensive or inappropriate content in chat, kiosks, or character names will lead to penalties.

Chat Violations & Toxic Behavior

➢ Racism & Discrimination – Any racist or discriminatory remarks, including racial slurs such will result in penalties.
➢ Derogatory Language – Excessive insults or targeted harassment are not tolerated.
➢ Hack Discussions – Talking about hacks, cheats, or exploits in chat is forbidden and will be penalized.
➢ Inappropriate Content – Avoid sexually explicit, threatening, or overly aggressive language.

Harassment

➢ Griefing
➢ Blocking Content

➢ Posting Account Information
➢ Posting Personal Information

➢ Heavy or Explicit Sexual Language

Trash Talk is NOT considered harassment – Competitive banter is acceptable within reasonable limits.

Real Money Transactions (RMT)

➢ Buying, Selling, or Trading Accounts/Items for Real Money is Forbidden.
➢ RMT activities are prohibited and any players caught participating in RMT-related activities will be permanently banned. This includes but is not limited to Selling, Buying and Advertising.
➢ Promoting of Scam Activities.

In the case that a player decides to trade/sell/exchange his account for in-game items/crones/accounts, etc. we will not be able to assist as the player would be sharing the account information.
We reserve the right to ban those accounts if deemed necessary.

Lending

➢ GMs do not support or take responsibility for item or crones lending between players.
➢ If an item is lost, stolen, altered, or not returned after being lent, GMs will not intervene or provide compensation.
➢ Players are responsible for their own items and lending them to others is at their own risk.

If a player lends an item that was originated from an illegal source (such as RMT, exploits, or unauthorized third-party programs), the item will be reverted or confiscated depending on the case.

Unauthorized Advertisements ⚠

Promoting the following is prohibited:

➢ RMT Sites
➢ Hacking Sites
➢ Inappropriate Sites
➢ Coupon websites
➢ Events and free items websites.
➢ Private Servers

3️⃣ Common Questions ⚠

Q - GM, does the 30-minute restriction mean I can only venge a single character once every 30 minutes, or does it mean I can venge multiple different characters but only once per target within that period?
A: No, the restriction applies to each alt character, not to the target. An alt can only perform one venge every 30 minutes maximum.

4️⃣ GM Notes ⚠
➢ Playwith reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
➢ Investigations may result in temporary bans while cases are reviewed.
➢ Ban durations are final – No appeals will be accepted for legitimate bans.
➢ Engaging in RMT, hacking, or exploit promotion leads to immediate permanent bans.

The entire duration of a ban must be served if the account in question is found guilty. Remember that insisting will not change the GM Team’s decision.
