can't buy rps with UNIPIN

any one can buy rps?, im buy rps with unipin but always failed, the notice says "Serial Code does not appear to be valid. It must be 16 characters",
when in fact the unipin serial code is not up to 16, but the pin code is 16, what wrong?

I wouldn't worry about buying them, you can't even spend them yet. I keep getting a bug trying to spend the RP's I already have.
