sikhara quest bug

I just work on this quest, when I just need to enter the cave after I received the cape of balie and lousy map, after I used the cape and get in the cave, I can't find the suspicion balie npc, I tried re-enter... but It was just the same

And I tried to throw the lousy map, hoping to restart the quest from enoch.. but nothing happen, i just losing my lousy map quest

I have 2 account facing the same problems.......Please help me for this error.
