We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that soon the Dev team will put an NPC to exchange the coupon. Once we receive more information we will inform all the players.
In the meantime, we can exchange the coupon but your character will have to remain logged out or you can authorize the to disconnect it.
You could also wait until the Devs include the NPC in the game.
