    Me too, my ID is being blocked too, i recieved an email sending me 1.4b cegel and a pet (i forgot what pet) but the icon are an X icons, i didn't open it and i removed it from my email because I'm afraid it is a scam.

    but why both my ID is being blocked and does anyone know where and how to complain about this? where can i contact the customer support?
