Instead of login event better if you give playtime event..
You say dummy account wont be considered but all of your event totally encourage players to create new id..

Instead such event better you give us event with dungeon or quest..
Waterway conquer event
Sage till drop event
Fishing event
Survival till drop event

You can learn from seal korean or Taiwan.
