when I trade at a buying store, I should have 4,000,000 of the cegel, but the 3,600,000 I got of the cegel. Please help

That's the tax system from doing transaction from kiosk, your transaction is cut by 10% everytime you do transaction using kiosk. If you want to avoid the 10% cut, try using 'Trade' skill to do transaction
