my pooint is, gm already make event for getting dragon eye,, but like this event Summer Savior, i try open 40 box and none of it got dragon eye..you can try it.., gm can change rate inside box from server << this ady confirmed =)same like private server..

gm / developer can cahnge rate inside the box, and now make its hard to obtain either from dragon eye box, or summer savior event box,, while saying "This is your chance to collect the Dragon eyes you need!"
