excuse me GM.
i need report to you about my 1st main account seal online, i never login my account around 1 years because i miss this game, i try download this game again and try login with my account.
I have 3 account but only 2 account can login to the game, and my main character account cannot login i have remember my ID and Password but still can't login . i try and try , i got message about this ID already and bla bla... on the login menu but after i try login its nothing happen. ?

so my question this is joke ? my account has been baned or what ? can you gimme back my beloved account.
