    does one person can only get one balloon? because i have another 3 proof and jim will not give me any balloon again.

    Take into account that you can get only one Helium Balloon per character. No matter if you have more trade proofs with you.

    the event is over but i still have the quest, when i drop the quest, it cannot be dropped. and now it is wasting my 1 slot inventory. please help
