    Everytime of portal quest will have finding lost npc?
    Or it will be random everytime?

    Every time the Portal Quest is held, the 3 challenges will be chosen randomly. Please also take into account that the two winners will win a permanent costume that will be chosen also randonmly unlike the Hide and Seek event, where the winners can choose freely their costume.
