Hello,
I need help to finish this quest.

I already followed all the instructions from the wikia,
but it still did not help me to finish this quest.

The quest title is "Wood Element' and it said I have to find Gipsy at Glasis River, but i never find any gipsy there.
Any one can help me?

If I'm not mistaken, you should go to Midstream of Mimir River
and walk to C-1 coordinate. You can find one Gypsy there.
