When the skill "Potential" will be activated ?
And what is the effect?

Correct me if im wrong.
Potential mean improving all debuff effect.
Of course the only visible is hemmoherge which will deal dps.
But only occur after shock impact + dot explossion (3rd grade single knight skill)

yes, obtain it after you maxing all other skill.

shock impact + dot Impact = make damage over time, 12k for 4/5 times.
Break armor + impact explosion = make double debuff of break armor, so u can do more damage.
Break weapon + impact crash = make double debuff of break weapon, so u can take less damage.
