Spirit Stones from NPC in Crafting Studio ISSUE?

Wondering if there is a certain time limit on the spirit stones, had 5 in my katar sockets and all the sudden all 5 dissapeared and i died grinding.... theres nothing stating that they have a time limit when you buy or input them into my weapon socket. Is it a BUG?

weapon socket are 3 - 4 days and for armor are 7 days
