today i refine blue ninja mask g+7 to DG+0 in zaid , i refine with manual g8 , there i see 100% succes , but i got a fail and my item gone , how that happened ? can i got my item back ? i dont think that will fail , cause there 100% succes , i cant get a picture , cause that was gone , i dint think this fail that why i d'nt have a picture,
